What are Free Radicals?
A normal molecule has an even number of paired electrons. But free radicals molecule on the other hand has an odd number of unpaired electrons.


Free radicals are harmful to our body. It damages our body’s cell structures and can alter our DNA.


How Free Radicals affect our body?
High free radicals levels can cause diseases to people. Diabetes, chronic heart disease, cancer and high cholesterol are some examples of diseases caused by unsafe level of free radicals.



Where Free Radicals came from?
Free radicals are formed in huge amount when the body is open to harmful elements such as food additives, unhealthy diets, alcohol, UV Rays, chemical fumes, industrial pollution, cigarette smoking, too much stress, car exhaust, and a lot more.
